How Long Will My Design Take To Create?

Once we have received all of your photos and information required for your personalised product we have a 5 business day processing period. This means that your custom frame will be shipped out and on its way to you within a week- any digital purchases will be emailed through once processed. If for any reason there is a delay with your design we will be in contact to advise you. On the other hand if you are needing a design created within a certain timeframe please get in contact and we will try to accommodate as best we can.

How Do I Send My Photos Through?

All of our product pages that require image uploads have the ability for you to attach these before adding to cart. If you have additional images or forgot to send one through these can be sent via email  KayJayDesignsPerth@outlook.com Any additional photos must be sent through within 24 hours of the initial purchase to ensure we are able to include these in your print. (Please note if your images are quite large a free online program such as WeTransfer.com should be sufficient)

Can I Choose A Different Silhouette?

Absolutely. Please send us through an email to discuss further- for us to assist it is best that we are sent some images of the subject that you are wanting to portray in a silhouette or a brief note about what you are wanting to create.
Please note during peak times custom silhouettes may not be available.
